Sovereign艺术基金会已揭晓第13届亚洲最享负盛名的当代艺术奖项－Sovereign杰出亚洲艺术奖－SURGEArt艺术家李严成为最终30名入围者之一。

李严的太空–车轮来自他的太空系列，以水滴作为他的灵感。水滴总能找到阻力最小的道路，但在人类来说，情况刚好相反。正如太空–车轮中的气球，其形态因应着空间而变。李严以這特质与形态比喻人类如何适应不同环境。究竟在看似和谐的境像背后，是一种顺应自然、融合的态度，抑或是为适应“主流”或他人而改变自己的被動性？李严的作品是对物料、力量、空间及生活的思考。
